Delivery

Unless otherwise specified we will deliver the item ('s) by Express Mail Service (EMS). We highly recommend Express Mail Service because your package can be traced by the tracking site immediately. You can enter the tracking number and track the package for yourself using Japan EMS Track and Trace site. By EMS delivery, you will receive the merchandise within a week after shipment.

In case of Standard Mail both of us cannot trace after your package and it will take about 2-3 weeks after our shipment. As for Airmail and SAL, no insurance or tracking service is available, so that we don't take any responsibility in case of loss or breakage.

Import duties, taxes and other regulations vary from country to country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.  The postal fee will be added in your order total as the shipping and handling charges.

EMS delivery from Japan to USA takes approximately 3-4 days, to Europe - 4-5 days
