How to order

1. Select the items

2. Fill the simple order form on a page with following essential data for your order

• item's code or name
• your name
• e-mail address
• your postal address 
• phone number (necessary for correct delivery)

3. Press Submit

4. In a few hours, you will receive our confirmation invoice from us referring to the total amount due including shipping costs, the payment method and other necessary details.

In case you have not receive our reply within more then 12 hours (due mail servers failures), please do not hesitate to mail to us at aoyama@japonic.com and check your order's status. 

We will keep the item on-hold until we receive your final confirmation, but no more than 3 days.

After receiving your payment we will ship your order within 1-2 business days. A shipping notification will be e-mailed to you when your order has been shipped.

Return and exchange policy:

For new item: we accept returned goods and exchange by any reason as long as we are notified within 8 days from the date of delivery.
We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Send unused, unopened, undamaged items back to us within 8 days from the date of delivery. We will give a full refund of the cost of the product to you, with the exception of the cost of shipping the item and other charges applying for returning procedure: custom, tax, administration fee, transport collect.
You are responsible for returned items until we receive them, so we recommend customers to insure their returned items.

For vintage item: vintage's and antique's items are old (used), so they are basically un-returnable.
We answer any questions and send more detailed pictures if needed beforehand.
