Rare antique Hakata figurines of noble Lady and young girl playing with shells.
Beautifully detailed kimonos painted with floral designs, lovely expressive faces, sensual pose. 
A lady is reclined and leaned on lacquered chrysanthemum designed box and a girl is finding out two coinciding shells among others.

Dimension: 20cm/8" high and 44cm/17,6"
Good condition in overall but slightly foxy according to age and unfortunately all shells have been lost.
