D-057 Japanese Scroll painting "Tai-shou", 1920-30's. Signed by famous Japanese artist Maeda Seton (1885-1977)

This is a masterful depiction of Japanese warrior lord in battle costume sitting on camp-chair and holding gun-sen (military's fan) in his left hand. A delicately painted scroll on paper mounted on silk. It measures: 47,5 cm W x 187,5 cm L, painting area size: 35 W x 107,5 with ivory ends. The work is in excellent condition, except some very small stains below due to age.
